 I have met with Bob for several hours to discuss my current and future tax strategy. I have purchased the Spouse Employment Contract (SEC) and have been working with it now for about 3 months. It is fairly simple to enact and abide by; Bob has made it as simple as possible. Bob has given me the guidance that I think will make my 2 year old business a success long into the future.

 In fact, after meeting with Bob , I feel as though my life has changed and I am on my way to financial success. Not only did we enact the SEC but Bob is currently setting up an S-Corporation for my business as well. Between the two I should be able to take advantage of every possible tax deduction. The SEC in itself, 60+ pages, is unbelievable. A lot of time and energy has gone into the creation of this very thorough contract. Basi cally you write a nominal check to your spouse every month and pay the Social Security and Medicare taxes every quarter. Bob strongly recommends using Quicken to keep track of your income and expenditures. A few changes for me but I’m sure it is the right thing to do. It may take me a year or two to get everything working super smooth but compared to the way I was doing this it will be well worth it. The contract mimics life, but soon life will mimic the contract, easy enough.

 In closing I would like to recommend to anyone who is self employed, with family, to seriously consider this contract. In fact, I think this contract should be given as a wedding present to anyone who is self employed and about to get married. It is like the “manual” as to how to do it right. No one ever gave me a manual, until now.

 Sorry if some of this sounds Corny or like an infomercial but I really can’t say enough good things about Bob and his team. I have complete confidence in this man and have invested all of my trust in him.
